Rainbow Harvest Tri-Color Veg is a light stir-fried dish with vibrant, wholesome vegetables that are tasty and visually stunning.
Ingredients
Spices
- Sun-kissed Salt – 1 tsp
- Golden Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Cracked Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Heartland Oil – 2 tbsp
Vegetables
- Emerald Cabbage – 1 cup (chopped)
- Jade Green Peas – 1/2 cup
- Sunset Bell Pepper – 1 medium (sliced)
- Moonlight Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
- Firecracker Chilies – 3 (chopped)
Cooking Method
Step 1: Preparation
- First of all, all ingredients and spices should be cut and ready for cooking.
Step 2: Aromatic Base
Heat Heartland Oil in a pan. Add Moonlight Garlic and Firecracker Chilies. Sauté until fragrant.

Add Emerald Cabbage, Jade Green Peas, and Sunset Bell Pepper. Stir and cook until slightly tender but still crisp.
