The bread stall that I visited is located at Jikwoyi in Abuja. It is a shop that sells bread, which I visited at night to buy bread to eat. The shop sells other things, but bread was what I went for to buy in the shop, where I saw some of the bread.
The bread is owned by an elderly man who usually comes to the shop with his son every day, but his son usually comes to the shop after school hours. The shop is always every day from morning till night the business is open.
✓ When you pass by a bread stall and smell that freshly baked bread, can you just keep walking or does the aroma compel you to stop and buy?
The first thing that compels me to visit a bread stall is the smell of the bread, which is usually when I don't have the interest in buying bread.
But when I have the interest to buy bread, and I visit a bread stall, it is the freshly baked bread that attracts me the most. Aroma is very important because it is from the aroma that one gets to know if the bread will be nice to eat or not.
✓ What is your essential accompaniment to enjoy a good bread: a freshly brewed coffee, a tea, a hot chocolate, or do you prefer to savor it simply on its own?
My essential accompaniment to enjoy a good bread is Dudu milk. Dudu milk is what I usually use to enjoy a good bread like the bread that I bought. Taking tea and bread in the morning makes me feel ok more than with hot chocolate or savor.
✓ What is the first thing you notice when you enter a bakery: the variety, the cleanliness of the premises, or the golden color of the bread?
I look at the cleanliness of the premises of the bakery before thinking of buying bread. Cleanliness is closer to Godliness and I feel more comfortable buying bread from a clean environment than one that is dirty.
