Hello friends, how are you all, today I am going to tell you about an iftar shop, I hope you all like it. This is a shop located in Parbatipur, Dinajpur district. Every year iftar is organized here in hotels. The name of the shop is Purba Food Stall. There are many shops around here. Every year during Iftar, these shops organize and sell iftar every day. Every day I take iftar from here. The foods that are currently available during Ramadan are no longer prepared in these hotels after Ramadan is over. Different types of food are available here such as Piaju, Beguni, Alur Chop, Mithi, Jilapi, Bundia, Malpoa, Chanapolao, Boot, Shredhe Bhaja, Chanachur etc.

What is your favorite fried food from this stand (empanada, arepa, pastel, or other) and what filling do you always order it with?

I like different types of sweets for Ramadan. I buy Malpoa from here most of the days along with Bundia and Chhana Polao. I like sweets more so I always buy sweets. The food here has a lot of taste so I don't buy them from other shops even a km away.

✓ Are there any fillings or special products that they don't offer that you would like to see on their menu?

The food here is very good, they prepare it in a very hygienic way. They prepare every dish very cleanly. I like Malpo the most here and I would like to add one more item from them here, which is Borhani. It would be great if they had drinks because I don't eat all day and get thirsty during Iftar. I miss Borhani in their shop, it would be great if they had it.

✓ How would you rate the prices at this stall compared to others in the area: affordable, standard, or slightly higher? From your perspective, do you think the taste and quality of their fried food justify the price?

Of course, this shop is on my favorite list, so I come to this shop again and again to buy Ramadan Iftar. And the price is very affordable because food is not available in other shops at this price. So it is possible for everyone to buy it from this shop. People of any level can buy these foods very easily because these prices are very low.
