Dahlias can grow at temperatures not lower than +5 radians. And of course they need to be watered in warm climates.
So, in your country, if I'm not mistaken this is Indonesia, dahlias will grow remarkably. The main thing is whether you have such flowers on sale.

    Of course they need be watered in warm climates, they can grow, but they has too small flower and more short than they grow cold temperatur, and I have try it many time.
