Did you know about sbd or is it something new to you?

First of all I must let you know that steemit is a beautiful platform that is impacting many lives including mine.

sbd makes me happy

Yes I knew about sbd the moment I joined steemit in 2021. Back then sbd was printed as one of the rewards gotten from our post when it pays out on the 7th day.

Sbd simply means steem backed dollar. We loved sbd especially myself because it made our earnings on steemit sweet. I remember having over 200 sbd as my savings one time and then there was nothing like power up so I took out all the 200 sbd and exchanged it for my local currency. It was so much money.

I felt sad when sbd stopped printing on steemit because it has helped me to achieve a whole lot of things. But am so happy at the return of sbd this year. So sbd is not new to me at all.

How has the arrival of SBDs influenced your growth?

This is really a very interesting question. Sbd has influenced my growth on both online and off line.

Sbd has influenced my growth online by increasing the amount of steem power I have in a short time through power ups. Now I have more steem to power up every week or twice a week. I believe this is so much growth. Check out a screenshot of my power up in the last one 30 days.

And we all know that the more steem power I have the more value an able to give on users post through voting. Therefore, I would also say my value on users post has definitely increased.

While offline sbd has influenced my growth because am in club5050 therefore I take out 50% or my weekly or monthly earnings on steemit out, exchange it for my local currency so that I can sort out some issues. Now I have more money to take care of matters than I use to.

Do you consider that it is better to receive rewards directly in Steem or do you prefer them in SBD? Why?

Tell me who doesn't like things to favour them. So far so good I prefer that I receive my rewards in Sbd than directly as steem.

Rewards in Sbd gives us more steem. For instance just today I wanted to convert the 13sbd I have into steem when I checked the market the conversion rates was given me 188stem, can you believe that? That's huge. How would I have gotten 188 steem directly from two post because it was two post that gave me that 13 Sbd.

I have a lot of stories about sbd. I remembered when I recently joined steemit. Like I said before, sbd was been printed.

One morning , I woke up and found out that the price of sbd increased. I sold about 30 sbd and I was making one hundred and fifty thousand naira(375 steem). I used to money to buy some home appliances like television.

Another occasion, just recently as sbd came back again, I heard that the price went up, I was so happy, that was in the month of February and March. You can't believe how much sbd I withdrew still maintaining my club5050 status, I was so happy with the money I made on steemit that day. I used the money to settle some issues I was having at the moment.

Sbd has helped me in no small way. And guess what? Am so grateful for all the reward we receive here on steemit.
