Sure,bitter leaf is bitter but its benefits is sweeter just like twitter.I love to prepare soup with it and drink the juice once in a month for overall well being.

Una, as you sabi write reach, you still dey pull rhythms, better be better than wizkid, let push for music promotion. I so much agree with you bitter leaf is a good leaf that defeats internal problems like an ache, high sugar, and many more.

Exactly.I have noticed that whenever one eats soup made with better leaf,the person eats more,feeds more and smiles more without having to mourn but smiles more like a new born.
