Hi, I'm really grateful to my neighbor Juan for helping me find a clinic that's closer by.

Going to Ipasme is far, and it would take us longer, because first of all, my mom is elderly and has certain health conditions, so we’d have to leave early to catch the bus—which runs infrequently— then walk with her about two blocks, going slowly, to get to Ipasme. Plus, they see patients on a first-come, first-served basis, and the doctors sometimes run late. After the appointment, the trip back is almost the same process as getting to Ipasme.

So for my mom, it’s already a bit of a struggle, but if it hadn’t been here near the house, it would have been over there, and at Ipasme, they told us the doctor is on vacation, and the appointment is in the afternoon anyway.
