Today I am come up with new remedy and some thing different in siz as I was siz kitchen expert.Now the purpose is refined and it is very good for all of us.So I do apply alot of remedies and which has really good effects.As I was kitchen expert so couldn't able to share such remedies but now I get chance so I will share very good remedy and I hope all of you will like and will get good results. Because the ingredients I am using are well known and has so many good property so I have also enlisted the effects of and benefits of all the ingredients.So if anyone miss any ingredients you know what are properties of that ingredients ,and what effects it has on hair.

Ingredient

Onion	1 medium size
garlic	few
fenugreek seed	1 tbsp
mustard oil	4 tbsp
aloevera gel	small piece

How to make

Step 1

take a Cooking pan Add mustard oil in the pan flame should not be high keep flame low otherwise Onion will get darker very fast.

Mustard Oil 🪔 Advantage for hair

It is really good conditioner because rich in fatty acid mainly alpha.Makes hair silky and smooth,if your get daily message on hair follicle it makes hair strong.Huge amount of minerals, vitamin, antioxidant that's why promote hair growth.it also booster up blood circulation.Good for dandruff.If it mix with Yougrt makes hair shiny and smooth.If add alovera so prevent damage.

Step 2

Now added Onion into oil. bubbles start forming cook slowly to get good oil for hair growth.

Onion makes hair thick and increase volume of it because it has sulfur that's why.Protects hair from infection,nourish and give nutrition to hair follicles.Onion also improve blood circulation so hair growth can be enhanced.Hair whitening can be prevented by this.Prevent baldness especially in male.Hair volume is also enhanced.

Step 3

After Onion added Garlic in Cooking pan and cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
Garlic has selenium and this component increase blood circulation

garlic provide nourishment to hair. garlic reduce hair fall.garlic used for dandruff. make hair long because have mineral and vitamin.Garlic can kill germs and bacteria keep hair safe from infection Garlic have anti fungal and anti bacterial properties.Garlic protect from Uv rays.used to treat baldness.if garlic+honey is used make our hair healthy

Step 4

Now added aloe Vera gel in all the mixture and fry all Ingredient for almost 15 minutes to When Onion,Garlic and aloe Vera gel get darker Brown in colour Then remove all Ingredient from oil through stainer.

Alovera Advantage for hair

For itchy scalp used this it will reduce because it has anti inflammatory properties.
It also remove all the extra sebum.It has vitamin A,C,E that's why promote hair growth and makes hair shiny.It also increase hair thickness.

Step 5
remove the Remaining oil from Onion and Garlic , Alovera gel if left.

Step 6

Now the oil Which we get through Onion Garlic and aloe Vera put on low flame.

Step 7
Then turn off the stove for two minutes Then Add fenugreek seed because if you will directly Add fenugreek seed Then will burn.

Step 8

After adding fenugreek seed Fry for few minutes on low flame and When colour get darker Then remove fenugreek seed through stainer

Importance of fenugreek seed

Prevent hair fall ,full of iron and having huge proteins.Both these ingredients very good because hair is also a keratin protein.So it is very good for hair fall.They have flavonoids, saponins both lead to enhance or boost hair growth.Control Excess oil from scalp of hair,if having dryness, itching in hair used these seeds.They are used against dandruff as well.Fenugreek also makes hair shiny ,early hair whitening can be prevented by using this.Also repair spit end of damaged hair.Also used as a hair conditioner.Makes hair soft and increase volume of hair.You don't need extension to apply.

Step 9

separate the oil in bowl and save it in refregirator and When you want to use heat on flame and do massage of your hair

After few weeks your hair fall will stop and hair will shine.
