Its a good decision to encourage others by comments, Good comments gives motivation as a steemian i can understand this, so making comments on others post will be helpful to newbie's, most of time i noticed that the posts with more upvotes have more comments, whenever I'm online, i try to find the post which has no comments, im going to participate in this contest.
