There are several types of honey in Indonesia.
1. Coffee Honey.
Coffee honey is cultivated honey, which is produced from flower nectar and coffee from predatory bees, from honey bees raised on coffee plantations. Coffee honey has a very unique and distinctive aroma, which is sweet and also smells of coffee. This coffee honey is rich in carbohydrates, vitamin A, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K.

Timor forest honey is honey that is partially purchased by tourists. This honey has the 3rd best quality in the world after Greece and Australia. Honey taken from the tallest trees in the interior of the island of Timor itself.
7. Randu Honey.
Randu honey is honey produced by nectar-sucking bees, such as kapok flowers with a distinctive sweet and slightly sour taste.
8. Sumbawa Forest Honey.
This honey is also a wild bee sucking flower nectar in the forests of the Sumbawa area. The nesting place for honey-producing bees is the bidara tree (Ziziphus mauritiana). This honey has a lower water content than other honeys because Sumbawa is an area that has a fairly hot and dry climate.
9. Longan Honey.
Longan honey is honey produced from bees in forest areas dominated by longan trees. This type of honey has a characteristic sweet taste and is more savory than other types of honey. This delicious-tasting honey has many health benefits, such as; amino acids, zinc, iron, potassium, and various vitamins such as vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, and vitamin B3.
10. Rubber Flower Honey.
This honey is honey produced from bees that suck nectar from rubber tree flowers. This honey has a yellow-brown color character, is sweet, without sourness and tends to be fragrant. This honey is efficacious for increasing the body's resistance so as not to get sick easily, curing allergies, healing burns, and overcoming itching on the skin.
11. Honey Klanceng.
Honey is produced from bees that suck the nectar of various types of flowers. Because the flower essence obtained comes from various kinds of plants, the taste is even richer. This bee comes from the Trigona type or cattle bee. Klanceng honey is good for diabetics because it can be used as a substitute for insulin in the body. This honey can also reduce excessive sugar levels and balance the body's metabolism.
12. Honey Dew.
This dew honey is honey that comes from several types of insects that usually suck liquids on plants, although insects are similar to this year, but actually these bees are more rich in minerals. Usually, bees collect hineydew if the nectar, flowers can no longer meet the neecds of this fluid-consuming person.
