you have shared very good remedy actually I heard alot about lemon and garlic like warm water but I have never tried but you shared the details of every ingredients it so good and I guess everyone will avail this platform and see the proper utilization of it.

I gained some extra weight now I will try this remedy and preventions you wrote I will try to follow keep sharing such post.May b alot people have weight issue and will get benefits.
