Today I am cooking one of the very tasty dessert smoky special custard vermicelli. It's yummy promise to try it you will like it. It's a mixture of old traditional vermicelli. And you feel you are eating khoya.
Ingredients
• Vermicelli small half-packet
• Milk 1/2kg
• Custard one teaspoon
• Sugar two teaspoon
• Cardamom 3
• Brown sugar one piece
• Almond 8 to 10
Cooking method
• Take a pan added one glass of water, boiled it
and added vermicelli.
Let it cook, checked when about to soft.
• Now drain extra water keep vermicelli aside.
• Take a pan added milk allowed it to boil, add crushed cardamom, as the aroma came out added sugar and vermicelli.
• Take custard mixed in two teaspoons of milk.
• Gradually mixed custard in vermicelli mixed very well. Added crushed brown sugar, slow the flame.
• Thicken it and garnish it with almond
• Added in a bowl let it cool. Ready to eat.
