Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)

It is focused on the interaction between users and computers.HCI is sometimes referred to as

• Human-to-Human communication (HMI)
• Human-to-machine communication (MMI)
• Computer-to-human communication (CHI)

Human-computer interface

The human-computer interface can be defined as the point of contact between a human user and a computer. The flow of information between a person and a computer is defined as a communication loop. There are 3 important aspects of HCI as follows

• User
• Computer
• And the ways in which above both aspects work together

HCI Factors

Visual-based

Visual computer-based interactions ( like images, icons, and videos ) may be the most widespread.It is the most important human-computer interactive (HCI) research area.

Voice-Based

voice-based communication between a computer and a computer operator is another important area of HCI systems. This location works with information obtained from different audio signals.

Machine space

Computer environment connected, e.g., laptop in the college dormitory.

Visual Connection Areas

Spatial areas include human and computer processes, not about their interaction. At the moment, remote areas are concerned only with their interoperability processes.

Input flow

The flow of information begins in the workplace where the user has a specific task that requires the use of his computer.

Output

The flow of information from a machine location.

Computer Science VS Information Technology

Computer science and information technology (IT) are two different subjects, albeit very similar

Computer Science (CS) focuses mainly on research.	The work is behind data transfer and storage, security and encryption standards, and so on.
The tool's design by Computer Scientists and Information Technology experts use these tools.	Information Technology (IT) as the most effective educational discipline in industry-focused learning.
Computer Science is responsible for the development and testing of software and software programs.	Information Technology works with the development TO management of computers and information systems.
CS include math models, data research and security, algorithms, and computational theory.	IT focused on both hardware and software .
Computer scientists are the ones who set the basic computational principles for all the software we use.	IT professionals ensure that computers, networks, and applications work well, whether they are used by domestic users or large corporations.
