SIZ Tutorial | Protein Milk Shake | Energy Drink After Gym
Hi everyone
Hope you all are fine. Happy and and safe so today i will share with you one of my favourite protien shake when i do workout after that i usually drink this shake
Today I am going to make a protein shake or energy shake usually I use it after my gym it gives a really good effect.
Ingredients
• Peach medium size 2to3
• Mango medium size 1
• Banana small size 1
• Brown sugar2to3 tbsp.
• crushed almond 2to3 tbsp.
• Boiled milk half kg
Method
(
• peel off peach banana and mango
• Then cut into small pieces
• then in a blender add peach-mango almond and banana
• Add milk
• Add brown sugar
• Now blend it
• it's ready to drink
