Hope you all are good ☺️ today I making one different recipe.
It is one of the best-known recipes of Afghan and it is known as Afghani Mantu.
It is delicious 😋 and fabulous.
I can bet 😉 you will try this recipe.

So let's start the recipe

ingredients

• Mutton 🍛 1kg
• Onion 2 small size
• Garlic and ginger paste 2lbSpn
• Black chili

ingredient for mantu strips

• Maida
• Flour
• 💧 water
• Oil 1tb. Sp

Method

I forgot to take some recipes steps so i take images from YouTube.
• Take a pan to add oil and ginger garlic paste to it.

• Then add onion
• Cook for 5 minutes

• Now for strips use a pasta machine to make strips.

• Cut strips into a square shape.

• Put qeema on it and close it.

• Take a streamer to add water to it.

• When water boils put mntu on tops layer and cover it.

• It's ready to serve with tomato sauce
