TRIFOLIATE CITRUS PIE - Homegrown Citrus in Zone 6

I am so glad we tried this!

Since we started harvesting our own homegrown Trifoliate Citrus this year, we've been exploring the possibilities of it. First off, it's amazing to be growing citrus unprotected on our homestead... no greenhouse, no geothermal, just planted in the earth. Secondly, we enjoyed eating them raw and were blessed with over 100 fruit per tree.

When we moved on to a lemonade substitute, that really impressed us, and I even thought it was similar to pineapple juice. Now, it's time to make a Key Lime Pie substitute. Let's go!
