It feels so bad when you feel sad. You are unhappy and negative thoughts can come running into your mind. And when you think of negative thoughts, our well-being gets affected, and the people around us would seem different towards you.

But it's up to us if we are going to be affected by these negative thoughts. If you'll think about it, it still comes down as a choice. It's our option to believe what we see and what we feel than seeking beyond what we don't understand at the time.

There are so many things to talk about it, but I know I can't put them all in one article because it's different for every one of us.

I know we all have different ways of dealing with sadness, but how do you deal with it? Are there any ways you do to help you alleviate the hurtful feelings growing inside you?

Let's start a conversation.

Crying seems to provide relief for me when I'm hurt. That has been my most effective way of dealing with sadness. It always turned out that after crying most of my pain are relieved

I believe crying isn't a sign of weakness, or what do you think?
