Show Your True Feelings

During my time of struggle and confusion, I realize that these feelings are part of my life too. I make a place for each at my table. I learn to feel my feelings, which makes me feel better. I try to understand myself. I try to find the strength that lies within my heart and it makes me feel calm.

Don't be afraid to show your true feelings as they are beautiful like flowers. Loving yourself is the most important thing.
