Giving the best advice to preserved the culture in my tribe BAFUT

I greet you all especially to the ones in the history and culture community,I am so happy to be part of you guys and I will be posting here for the first time and it happens to a contest which I love so much,.I want to thank @chiabertrand for making me to know about this contest and pressurizing me to make sure I should partake in it as well , though I have not really been active on steemit due to some circumstances that had to surround me ,I believe from now on I will be very active

        INTRODUCTION

Brief history

BAFUT is found in the north west region of Mezam division.Bafut is a Kingdom or Chiefdom and it is ruled by fun of bafut using traditional powers and in the early 20th century , they came under german empower as a result of the wars.Bafut is located in the western grass field and it is one of the most powerful traditional traditional kingdom of the grass Field

Bafut is one of the two regions in Cameroon along with Bali where traditional power structures are still in place.

Bafut has an annual festival popularly known as Abin e Mfor or the Dance of the Mfor/Fon.Bafut also has a traditional dance where men and women as when the women are dancing,they sing about their kingdom.The dance of the men is about something else as they wear animal masks which contain the different metamorphosis of the king. Usually they dance at funerals, festivals and homages.

Our traditional meal I Achu and yellow soup..I bet you if you test it you will love it badly

We have a very nice language which is related to the Bamum language and we have a very nice lineage unlike the other tribes ,.in my village Bafut ,when a man dies ,his Son take over all his properties

Let me then talk on how I can give my possible advice so as to preserved my culture

1. we should always make sure to speak out language where ever we go because we should be proud of our mother tongue
   2)no matter where we are ,we should always try to include our language as one of the subjects in schools so as to keep our mother tongue active
   3)we should always try our possible best to always organised and set up foundations where we are so as to do discuss and give updates on how to always developed our kingdom bafut
   4)we have one of the best traditional meal in the world ,so we should always make sure to cook it and also intertained our visitors/strangers
   5)Us Bafut people are very loyal,kind ,loving and welcoming so we should always make sure to treat our guest and strangers very well
   6)we should always organised and set up our traditional meetings where ever we are and we should always be proud of performing our traditional dances as well
