Delicious Tomato Chatni Recipe |

Ingredients for My Recipe |
| Ingredients Name | Amount |
| Tomato | 600 gm |
| Bay leaf | 1 piece |
| Cinnamon | 1 piece |
| Cardamom | 2 piece |
| Chilli | 4 piece |
| Salt | Adjust to test |
| Suger | Adjust to test |
| Oil | As required |

Today I will share tomato chatni recipe with you all. So, let’s get started,
🔹Step I
 | Sliced the tomatoes |
First, I take an adequate amount of tomatoes and wash them thoroughly. Then, I cut them into thin slices.
🔹Step II
Here I have taken one bay leaf, two cardamoms, and two pieces of cinnamon. I place the pan on the stove and heat it. Once it is hot, I add an appropriate amount of oil.

In the oil, I add chopped onions, garlic paste, and chilies. Then I stir them with a spatula and fry for a while. When the spices turn brown, I add the washed tomato slices into the pan.
🔹Step IV
I mix everything together well and then add salt to taste. Now I cover it with a lid. After some time, I open the lid and stir again. By now, the tomatoes are mostly cooked. So I add sugar according to taste and adjust it with the tomatoes.
🔹Step V
 | Everything has been melted |
Then I stir everything very well again using the spatula. I cover it once more with a lid, and after a while, I open it and stir again. You can see that everything has melted nicely. Now I check the sweetness and cook it a little longer. Finally, I turn off the stove. My tomato chutney is ready. Now I serve it for eating.
