SC-S32/W1-Today's Writing, Tomorrow's Memories.—The Personal Diary
Hello Teaching Team |

Hello My Steemain Friends ,
Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S32- W1: which is all time my favourite topic ""Today's Writing, Tomorrow's Memories."—The Personal Diary" this amazing challenge organised by @mahadisalim and @wirngo. So, in this post I am going to share my full day routine (30 / 05/2026 )
Just like every other day, I woke up by 6:30 AM today as well. This is the time when the water supply begins, and if there is even the slightest delay in switching on the motor, we sometimes miss out on getting any water at all; therefore, I simply must turn on the motor right at 6:30. Since it is currently the summer season, water scarcity has already started to set in.

I filled the water for the kitchen first, and then I connected the pipe to the main overhead tank. Next, I prepared some tea; by that time, my husband had finished his bath and morning prayers. My husband bought some vegetables like tamato, taroi, pumpkin etc.

I mentioned to my husband that I needed to go to the market in the evening, as I had dropped off a suit for alterations earlier, and it was scheduled to be ready for pickup today. My husband replied, "I won't be able to make it; take Naman along with you instead." I agreed, saying, "Alright." I also needed to exchange a pair of trousers for my husband.

We had noticed a stain on them after bringing them home—a mark that didn't come out even after washing—so I needed to get those exchanged as well. My husband asked, "When will you go?" I replied, "Around 5:30 PM—once the harsh afternoon sun has mellowed down."

I returned from the shop by 3:00 PM, after which I prepared tea and breakfast. For breakfast, I made fried rice. It’s a dish that comes together very quickly and tastes absolutely delicious, especially since it incorporates various vegetables—finely chopped capsicum, onions, cabbage, and carrots. This makes for a healthy and wholesome meal.
Afterward, I got ready, and by 5:30 PM, we headed out. I had a lot of errands to run today, and I wanted to wrap everything up as quickly as possible. This was because my parents' home is located just a short distance away from the market we were visiting. I had already told my husband that I wanted to stop by there and spend about an hour with them. Consequently, my sole focus was on getting all my chores done swiftly so that I could make time to visit my parents' home.
First, we went to the temple to offer our prayers. My son visits the temple every day, so—thanks to him—I, too, had the opportunity to seek the deity's blessings. We sat in the temple for a short while—just five minutes—and then headed off to the market.
First, I had my husband change his clothes; then, we took a different route to reach the shop where I had left my kurtis to be altered. It was 6:45 PM, and we were overjoyed, thinking, "Great! We have plenty of time now. We’ll reach my parents' home in just ten minutes and be able to sit and relax for at least an hour." The heat was so intense that I was parched with thirst, so I told my son, "Son, don't get me anything to eat—just bring me a cold drink."
He replied, "Sure, Mom, I'll get it." However, just as we went to start the car, it wouldn't turn over. My son became extremely worried and suggested, "Mom, why don't you just take an auto-rickshaw to Grandma's house?" But I decided against it. We walked a short distance until we found a car mechanic's shop. We got the car repaired there, but the process ended up wasting forty-five minutes of our time. Consequently, I didn't reach my parents' home until 8:00 PM, and I was only able to sit there for half an hour.

By the time we made it back home, it was 9:30 PM; I was utterly exhausted because we had encountered heavy traffic everywhere. The heat was stifling, and my biggest worry was that dinner hadn't been prepared yet. However, my husband suggested, "Just cut up the muskmelon,"

and he also brought out the pani batashe (stuffed savory snacks) he had purchased earlier. So, I sliced the muskmelon, mango and everyone enjoyed the pani batashe.

Afterward, he suggested, "Let's just have yogurt and parathas—that should be enough for everyone." I was incredibly relieved and happy to hear that. I quickly cooked up some parathas for everyone; since everyone's stomachs were already quite full, they only ate a small amount. And so, all in all, my day turned out quite well. There were a few minor hiccups, but overall, it was a good day.

I can see you started your day by carrying water to filled the containers in house .Its seems there is scarcity of water in your location.Your husband assisted you to buy some food items. You had to go to the market you bought for husband to exchange it because it not seizing well. During the evening period you had to visit your parents but on your way you had a problem with vehicle which took some minutes be fixed .You end up not spending time in your parents house as planned.
My observation is that with your beautiful diary ,you didn’t commented on three authors post as the rule stated .Always try to engage with others in challenge especially when the rule states.
