SLC30-W1|Dessert Recipe : Carrot Rasmalai Recipe

I am @boishakhi123, a member of the Steemit platform. I joined this platform to share my feelings and likes with this platform. Today I came up with a recipe post.

First of all, @selina1 thank you for organizing this competition. I am here to share another delicious recipe. Today I have made carrot rasmalai. I have made it using the method shown in the course. I have used only a few ingredients to make it. Anyway, I hope you will like my recipe today.

I have made the recipe mentioned above very easily and have beautifully presented the method of making it below:

Cow's milkHalf kg
Ghee2 tbsp
Powdered milk1/4 cup
Semolina1/4 cup
Almonds6 pieces
Sugar1/2 cup

First, I cut the carrots into small pieces. Then I added cow's milk to these carrots. Here I used a cup of milk. Since there were many carrots, I had to use a little more milk here. I blended them well in a blender with the milk until they were completely smooth.

Then I heated 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan and added the blended carrots and fried them for a while. Then I added sugar to the carrots. I stirred the sugar for a while and mixed it with the carrots.

Then I added powdered milk to the carrots. I mixed the powdered milk with the carrots for a while. Once the powdered milk was mixed, I added cow's milk. After adding the cow's milk, I mixed it well with the carrots. After adding the cow's milk, when it was mixed with the carrots, I added semolina. I mixed it with the semolina and carrots for a while.

After taking out the carrot mixture, I left it to cool for a while. After cooling, I shaped them into small laddus. In this way, I made two plates of laddus with the carrot mixture.

Now in another pan, I added cow's milk, sugar and powdered milk, mixed it well with the milk and cooked it for a while. After cooking for a while, I added the laddus. This is how I made carrot rasmalai.

✅ 2. How beneficial is the recipe for health?

Carrot juice is a very beneficial food for our health. All the ingredients used in carrot juice are very beneficial for our health. Cow's milk, carrots, almonds, semolina, sugar, ghee are all foods used here which are beneficial for our health. Carrot juice can be eaten by everyone from young to old. I have never made it before but this time I made it and everyone in my family liked it very much. Small children do not want to eat carrot milk, so we can easily make carrot juice with the ingredients and these will be very beneficial for small children.

✅ 3. Do you have any difficulties while making this recipe?

I didn't have much difficulty in making the recipe at first. However, when I was frying the carrots with ghee, they stuck to the pan at the end of frying. I thought that it wouldn't make round balls. And this mixture was very soft when hot. This is because I may have used less semolina here. I think if I had used more semolina, it would have been stickier. I made the carrot balls when hot. That's why they were very soft. However, after cooling, they became hard. But not too hard. After putting them in the milk mixture, some of the laddus broke. But only a small amount broke. However, after putting the carrots in the milk, they got a very beautiful color. Due to using ghee, the ghee floated to the top and it had a very nice smell of ghee. I never thought that it would be so much fun to eat them when I made it for the first time.
