There's always a first time for everything and it happens that this is my first time making a coconut pudding. I've not done it before and it happens that I had to improvised the use of some ingredients due to the availability of it in my country. So this is how I prepared it. These are the things I did to make this pudding a success.

Make the recipe mentioned above and describe the detailed method with pictures.

To make a recipe, you must have ingredients, utensils and steps on how you made this possible. These are the ingredients I used. It's just a simple recipe that doesn't require many procedures and ingredients.

Ingredients
  • Coconut
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Corn Flour to substitute agar agar which is unavailable in where I stay.
2 tablespoon full of Corn flour1 tablespoon full of ground sugar because my coconut water is already sweet

These are all the ingredients I used and I made use of a filter, knife, basin, plate and the likes. The cost of purchasing these coconut isn't outrageous as you may think. It's just that to see a coconut that's soft in my city this period is difficult. Why? This is dry season and the sun is extremely hot. A lot of things have become matured.

Steps
  • The first step carried out by me was to cut my coconut from the head do that I'll be able to remove the water and contain it in a cup. After removing the water from the two coconuts which I bought, I used my matchet to cut them into pieces so that I would remove the shells from the coconut itself. I did that all with a matchet.

  • I know the coconut is much, but I bought it particularly for cooking while I used a bit of it to prepare my pudding. After cracking the coconut from its shell, I decided to wash it in a basin and contain it inside a flat plate for slicing. My slicing was thin rather than thick. And I made it attain a shape that's unique. I then brought out my sugar and flour and mixed it inside the coconut water.

  • Before even mixing the flour and sugar, I had my coconut water filtered into a bowl plate from the cup and then mixed it. I stirred it until it became white. I then allowed the flour residue to settle so that the white colour would be pale and give the looks an agar agar powder would give.

  • After removing the water and leaving the flour residue in the bowl, I placed it on medium heat for 5 minutes. The water cooked and brought out a prominent look that not too thick in texture. It was hot though. I then contained my sliced coconut inside the mixture and kept it for 3 hours in a cold corner since it was night. Due to the lack of light in my area, I couldn't refrigerate this pudding which was expected to be kind of thick and semi-solid.

How beneficial is the recipe for health?

The refreshing nature of coconut water alone is enough to relieve my stress and calm my brain a bit. Have you ever wondered why people drink coconut water with glucose which is sugar? It's because this combo helps maintain one's mental health when the brain is overstressed. It helps calm the body, the mind and the nerves. Same with this recipe that contains coconut water and sugar forms in carbohydrate [flour and sugar].

It helps in stress control, mental health maintenance or control, energising the body to do more when the body is weak or feeble and then giving one that inner strength to do certain tedious tasks. If you take this recipe often, you'll feel less fatigued on a weekly basis and if you're involved in a work that required so much stress mentally, you'll not just need the mixture, but the recipe because the three combos makes it even faster.

That's how it's better to one's health and. So I'll recommend the recipe for the growing generation who wants to make a food about it.

Which Steemit friend would you like to share this recipe with and why??

I think Pakistanis and Bangladeshi have had a taste of this recipe. So I'll not need to invite any of my Pakistani friends. I'll rather invite my Nigerian friends in person of @ngoenyi to have a taste of this pudding because she is someone who loves trying out new things. As much as it doesn't kill or poison, she would love to taste the recipe. That's why I would extend the invitation to her. She may not have tried it before, but it can be on her bucket list.

Present the recipe in an attractive presentation using your username, recipe name and date written on a piece of paper.
