The part I found interesting here is that the restaurant seems to offer more than just kebabs. You mentioned breakfast, fish, rice, lentils, bitter gourd and other local dishes, so it sounds like there is quite a variety to choose from.
I also liked the point about the restaurant creating job opportunities for young people around the area. That is something we don't always think about when reviewing a restaurant. And judging from your pictures, the place does seem to get really busy, especially later in the day.
One thing I would have liked to see is your personal opinion about the particular food you actually ate. That would make the review even more personal. Overall, you gave a good picture of the restaurant and what a visitor can expect.
