Depression is a mental health condition that affects how a person feels, thinks, and acts. It’s more than just feeling sad or having a bad day it’s a persistent feeling of sadness, emptiness, or hopelessness that lasts for weeks or longer and interferes with daily life.However, depression can be overcome by doing something that keeps you busy such as playing of games going out for exercise and Also reading books and indulging in self-pampering.

When one path closes, a thousand others open, but this requires patience and the courage to get back up. I will review this topic in front of you. Below, I will share it task by task.

Task Number 01

Suddenly something good happens to you, or an unexpected accident happens, what will you do then?? If it’s something good that suddenly happens I take a deep breath, say thank you to God, the universe, life and remind myself not to get carried away too fast. I’ll appreciate it, learn from it, and think.

If it’s an unexpected accident or a bad situation I stay calm as much as possible. Panic only makes things worse. I focus on safety first, get help if needed, and then reflect later.

In the last three days, I experienced a few simple but beautiful moments that truly warmed my heart. One of them was having quiet time to myself in my shop no pressure, no rush just sowing in my shop, breathing, and appreciating how far I’ve come. That calm moment helped clear my mind and reminded me that peace doesn’t always come from big achievements, but from small pauses.

Another lovely event was how my brother helped me connect people to my business i shared laughter, gist and happiness for my customers that patronize my business.It reminded me that human connection is powerful and that being heard and understood can lift the heart in ways nothing else can.

Task Number 02

After a certain age people face reality, every step starts getting harder as they grow older, thoughts start increasing. Sometimes depression starts, sometimes it takes the form of major psychological disorder. From excessive depression to major psychological disorder.

To overcome depression, you can do some physical activity, in this task, do something that is just for yourself, give yourself time, play games or read novels, or try your favorite food at your favorite restaurant, or go to a beautiful place and create beautiful memories.

Task Number 03

This is a story, and every participant must enter into the story. You need to think about what mistakes the characters made or what they should have done and write down your thoughts.

Maria is a very talented student. She wanted to fulfill her grandfather's last wish by becoming an engineer, but due to poor results in the HSC exams, this dream remains just a dream.

Day by day, she becomes frustrated listening to unnecessary comments from her family and close ones. She wanted to live her life freely again and dream new dreams. However, her family's excessive expectations crush that dream.

Her family starts interfering with her independence, and without Maria's consent, her father agrees to marry her off to a local boy. Hearing this, Maria starts pleading with her father not to marry her off immediately and to give her the opportunity to study like she wants. However, Maria's father informs her that his decision will not change and that she must go through with this marriage.

At that time, Maria fell into severe depression and began to act crazy; she started breaking everything in the house and exhibited aggressive behavior, then suddenly became calm and began to cry. She repeatedly went through such episodes of madness. Then one day, she suddenly ran away from home, and after some days, she returned and jumped from the roof of her own house, dying as a result.
