The Dairy Game: [ 23/06/2026] A productive Day of Design work and Farming

Hello great Steemians across the globe. How are you all doing? I trust you are all doing well. Welcome to another session of my diary game, with yours truly @donsultan. I am going to walk you through how my day went.

I woke up early today, so the first thing I did was pray and read the Quran. I actually had no plans to go out today, just chilling at home, so I cooked spaghetti for breakfast.

I actually had a design gig I got yesterday, so I decided to start the project. The client is actually a photographer. I made sure I tried my best to create something excellent—since the goal is to create something that converts, grabs attention, and satisfies the client. Sincerely speaking, creating this design was not that easy but I have actually created flyers for photographers before, that's was the reason I didn't struggle much about it, if not getting inspiration would have taken 80% of the time. I haven’t delivered it yet because there are still some things to finish, but I will try to complete it at midnight.

By the time I finished the design, it was almost 4:00 PM. Meehn, I was already hungry! So, I cooked rice. After I did justice to the plate of rice, I went to pray Solatul-Zuhr and Asr. I was supposed to pray Zuhr by 2:00 PM, but I wasn’t aware of the time, probably because I was so focused on the design I was creating.

I stood up and decided to work on my farm, cutting grass and making ridges. Doing the two together was not an easy task at all! What actually motivated me to make the ridges was the rain that fell at midnight; it made the soil softer so making ridges was really not that hard . But meeehn, I am really tired now.

After I was done with the farm work, I took a shower. It was already time to perform Solatul-Maghrib, so I prayed and started cooking beans because I planned on eating bread and beans for dinner. When I was done cooking, I went to pray Solatul-Isha. After praying, I battled the bread and beans and finally sat down to rest.

Today has been peaceful and very productive. Working on a design gig and farm work isn't easy, but it actually feels good to get things done, especially when you plan your day
