SLC30-W5||Dessert Recipe : Sabudana Dessert Recipe.
Dear all Steemian friends! Hope you are all well. Alhamdulillah I am also well. Today I am very happy to participate in the "SLC30-W5|Dessert Recipe:Sabudana Dessert Recipe" challenge organized by @selina1 madam. This is my first time making this recipe. So, I am going to share my experience with you.

Ingredients for making sabudana Dessert Recipe
I have never made sabudana Dessert Recipe before, so I have no prior experience in this regard. However, today I am going to make it by following the recipe and instructions given by our madam to the letter. Below is a list of everything you need to make this delicious sabudana dessert:

| Sabudana | Half cup |
| Sugar | One cup |
| Custard powder | Five table spoon |
| Powdered milk | Half cup |
| Different types of fruit | As Needed |
Step 1:First, put the milk in a clean container on the stove. Then mix the powdered milk powder well in the cold milk so that there are no lumps. Then add the required amount of sugar and stir well. When the milk becomes slightly warm, add the custard powder. Then stir continuously so that there are no lumps in the custard and powdered milk. The mixture will gradually thicken. In this state, if you keep the stove on low and stir, you will get a smooth and creamy texture.

Step 2:Again, place a clean pot on the stove and add enough water to it. When the water gets hot, add the sabudana. Then boil the sabudana on medium heat. Gradually, the sabudana will become transparent (white to slightly transparent) and will swell. When you see that the sabudana is completely swollen and there is no hard part inside, then remove it from the stove.

Step 3:Then, pour the boiled sabudana into a sieve and drain the excess water thoroughly. Then, place the drained sabudana in a clean bowl so that it can be easily used in the next step.

Step 4:Pour the boiled sabudana into the prepared condensed milk mixture. Then, slowly stir well with a spoon, so that the sabudana is evenly mixed with the mixture. If you stir lightly for a while, the sabudana and milk mixture will mix together more beautifully, creating a perfect texture.

Step 5:Then clean some fruits and take them on a plate. For example, bananas, apples, pomegranates and black grapes. Wash them well and cut them into small pieces. Then pour the cut fruits into the sabudana mixture.

Finally, arrange the fruits in such a way that the colorful fruits are on top. Especially if you put pomegranates and black grapes on top, the dessert looks more attractive and colorful. This beautiful arrangement makes the Sabudana dessert not only delicious to eat, but also looks great. Honestly, just looking at such a tempting dessert makes your mouth water.

Yes this is my first time making this, I have never made it before. After making Sabudana Dessert Recipe, I really liked it, because I always like to eat sweet food. The best thing is that my entire family liked it very much. Especially my wife and daughters enjoyed it very much and praised it a lot.
So, I am really happy to get such beautiful results after trying it for the first time.

Personally, I think that homemade Sabudana Dessert is much more beneficial for both the body and mind than unhealthy food from outside stores. It is not only delicious, but also a healthy food full of nutrients.
Firstly, sabudana is easily digested and provides energy to the body quickly. Therefore, it is quite effective in removing weakness and fatigue.
Secondly, the milk used in it is a good source of calcium and protein, which helps in strengthening bones and improving body structure.
