A visit to the Simpang Muling Community Health Center to reactivate the family's BPJS health insurance. Some time ago, my beloved family and I visited the Simpang Muling Community Health Center to attend an administrative meeting regarding our family's BPJS health insurance. Our BPJS health insurance had been inactive for quite some time, so we were asked to bring various personal documents as a requirement for the reactivation process.

This morning, we set off together, carrying the necessary documents, such as our BPJS health card, family card, identity card, and several other supporting documents. Upon arrival at the Simpang Muling Community Health Center (Puskesmas), it was quite busy with people coming to receive health services and handle various administrative matters.

The staff on duty provided thorough instructions on the required documents. We then followed the established procedures to ensure the smooth reactivation of our BPJS health insurance. The service provided was quite helpful, ensuring the community understood the necessary steps.

In addition to serving as a primary health care center, the Simpang Muling Community Health Center is also a crucial resource for the community to obtain information about government health programs. Many residents visit for medical treatment, health check-ups, immunizations, and various administrative matters related to health services.
