For each Brilink withdrawal transaction at this location, there is an administration fee of IDR 5,000. I think this fee is quite reasonable considering the convenience and certainty it offers. If converted to Steem, assuming 1 Steem = IDR 1,000, the fee is equivalent to IDR 5,000 = 5 Steem.
