🍅Making Process🍅

Step 1:

To make the Chicken Jhalmuri recipe, you need to do some preparation, for this I took chicken, onion, boiled potatoes, tomatoes and green chillies. I peeled the boiled potatoes and onion, then washed and cleaned the chicken, onion, tomatoes and green chillies. I chopped the chicken, onion, tomatoes and green chillies, washed and cleaned the chicken pieces in water and drained the water.

Step 2:

I took the chicken pieces in a mixing bowl, marinated them with a little turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of chili powder, salt to taste, cumin powder, and coriander powder.

Step 3:

I heated oil in a pan on the stove to fry the marinated chicken pieces. When the oil was hot, I poured the chicken pieces into the oil. I fried the chicken pieces by stirring them, since the chicken pieces were cut into small pieces, they did not take long to cook well. When the chicken pieces turned brown, I took them out in another bowl.

Step 4:

I added the chopped onion to the remaining oil in the pan and sautéed it. When the chopped onion became soft, I added the ginger paste and garlic paste and fried it for a few seconds until the raw smell was gone. Then I added the powdered spices and mixed it with a little water so that the powdered spices do not burn.

Step 5:

Once the spices were ground, I added the boiled chickpeas, then stirred and mixed them with the spices. After adding the mashed boiled potatoes in succession, I stirred everything again and cooked for some time. At the end of cooking the chickpeas, I added chopped coriander leaves. I stirred everything again and cooked for two minutes, and the chickpea mixture was ready.

Step 6:

At this stage, in a mixing bowl, I added chopped onion, chopped green chillies and salt to taste and mashed it with my hands. Then I mixed it well with the muri and mustard oil. Once all the ingredients were mixed with the muri, I added the cooked chickpeas and fried chicken. Then after mixing everything well with the muri again, I added chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves and stirred it. Now the delicious chicken jhalmuri is ready to serve.
