In this challenge, I have completed every task with reflective writing and a simple infographic at the end of my task.

Task 01 Do yoga exercises and record a video, share how effective it is for you.

I came out of my room with a wrapper and spread it in my corridor and practiced a short yoga routine which I focus on breathing, stretching, and balance.

At the beginning of the exercise when I sat down trying to fold my leg, my body felt stiff, and I struggled to maintain some poses. It was after a few minutes that my breathing became slower and controllable. It was at that moment that I noticed a calm feeling spreading through my body from my shoulder and all over my neck.

The breathing exercise is the most effective part of the exercise for me. It helps me clear my mind and reduce stress in me. At the end of the exercise, I felt lighter, focused, and surprisingly energized.

The yoga exercise did not only stretches my body, but it also helps me to relax my thoughts. I believe doing this every day can improve my mood, posture, and mental clarity. In conclusion, the yoga exercise was effective for me because it connected my mind and body helping me to feel refreshed and balanced.

Task 02 Walk in nature, take pictures of the natural environment, and share your feelings.

I felt peaceful and grounded walking in nature. The gentle wind, fresh air, and natural sounds in the natural environment created a peaceful environment. Seeing birds flying over the sky, trees blowing in the breeze and the open space reminded me of how important it is for one to slow down and appreciate simple beauty.

I felt a bit worried as I walked into the natural environment, then I realised that nature has a quiet way of healing emotions. The greenery trees, and the colored sky have me a sense of renewal and hope, which I then felt connected to the world around me instead.

I think spending time outdoors in a natural environment refreshes our mind and soul better as it is a therapy that improves our mood. As I returned home I felt mentally clear, relaxed, and grateful.

Task 03 There will be a short story, read the story and express your own thoughts.

This is my own thoughts concerning the story of Arisha's story.

The story about Arisha shows how a brief traumatic event can create long-lasting fear in someone. However, the elevator accident ended immediately, the panic stayed within her mind and it also controlled her way of life.

She tried to avoid the elevator but all of her attempts seemed safe at first, but worsened her health and created a new problems for her. This simply tells that avoiding fear does not remove the fear instead it makes the fear in us stronger. The story of Arisha teaches us that our mental health is just as important to us as our physical health is to us.

Arisha needs support and proper treatment for her to overcome her phobia. Reading through the story reminds me that understanding people who are suffering from invisible struggles is important. Dear should be treated with utmost care, patience, and with professional help so as not to destroy the normal life of someone.
