Title;
Real life experiences during my studies
Story;
I was very good at studies since childhood. I have achieved many successes and failures in my academic life. Along with studies, I have had a lot of experience in making decisions on various academic tasks and projects in my school and college. Five years ago, I had to make a very big decision regarding the direction of my future studies in an important academic project. I completed the entire task successfully then. However, I hesitated while making a decision in another place. There was an opportunity to choose different course preparations, if I had done it permanently then both the cost and time would have been much less for me. I could not utilize that opportunity before thinking about it. For various reasons, I failed to make that decision.
Later I had to choose an alternative method. Where both the cost and the effort were too much for me. The responsibility of studying was completely on me because my family was very poor and helpless. So the matter at that time disappointed me a lot. At that time I thought to myself that if I had been a little brave and aware, I could have moved forward much easier. But at one time I decided on another matter which saved me a lot of effort and time. When I remember these words, I get a little comfort. At that time I started convincing myself that not all mistakes are wrong, we should learn from mistakes. In the field of studies, I have to make many decisions, but some decisions are wrong and some decisions are right, because of this I sometimes get upset.
Thoughts;
The wrong decision in my studies taught me to make more conscious and quick decisions later. Gradually, I overcame the disappointments in my life and organized my study method better. I understood then that it is not possible to make all the decisions perfectly. However, it is much more important to think about me before making a decision. After that, I was able to study and plan my future with more confidence than before.
Lesson;
I have taken learning from mistakes as an important part of my life. When I started studying as a child, I only learned about many things from books but could not apply them in reality. But after learning, I made many mistakes and learned from those mistakes. Patience has helped me a lot to move forward today. So I think it is normal to make mistakes in learning. If you can move forward with patience without getting discouraged, it will become a strength.
Mind setup, take a favorite book, continue reading on a topic and write in detail about that topic after finishing the reading. Let us know what book you are reading and take a picture.
I started reading with one of my favorite books of my educational life. My favorite book is called "Diary of Bangladesh and the World". I started reading this book from a very young age when I was in the sixth grade. But in our country, this book was not taught in any class, but in some private schools, this book was taught from the eighth grade. From this book, I learned various information about Bangladesh and the world. In fact, since I was in the eighth grade, I was preparing for university admission, so I liked to read some other books, among which this book "Diary of Bangladesh and the World" is on my list of favorites.
I started reading the book Diary of Bangladesh and the World, which was my favorite topic in the book. My favorite topic was the national issues of Bangladesh. In fact, every citizen of ours should know the issues of their country and from here many questions are asked during university admission, so I read this chapter very well. I read another chapter some information about the independence of Bangladesh. In fact, these two topics contain very important information about our country. From these two topics, questions are asked almost every year during university admission, so I read these two chapters and chapters very well and carefully. And there was a writing by the Saran Sangeet of Bangladesh, Kazi Nazrul Islam, from here many questions are asked during admission coaching, so I read this book very well and this book contained state information about various countries including Bangladesh, which has played a very important role in my educational life.

Read the story mentioned above and express your own opinion.
My thoughts on the story;
After reading the story, I was deeply moved. The story realistically portrays the conflict between war, greed for power and humanity. When a city suffers from famine due to war, the common people are the most affected. Those who have no power but struggle to survive are the ones who fight the most. The powerful people in the city never understand the suffering of the poor and the suffering. At this time, Kibria Ahmed becomes a guide of hope. **Actually, my own name is Kibria, so I read the story carefully several times. I liked it very much.** Even as an ordinary person, he leads the protest and unites all the people and gives them the courage to stand against injustice.
On the other hand, the character of Harun Chowdhury is very busy and scary. During the famine, people had a hard time getting food. At that time, Harun Chowdhury was looking for business opportunities. He broke the contract and started selling food at high prices and taking away people's land and various properties. At that time, he introduced himself as a limitless greedy person. In the last part of the story, it is seen that his own child's life is in danger. Then even all his wealth cannot save him. In the last part of the story, it is seen that power and wealth are temporary. Without humanity, people become alone one day or another.
I learned the biggest lesson of my life from this story. Humanity is above all else. If people do not cooperate in times of crisis, they become blinded by greed. One day or another, that greed will bring them ruin. Many people like Harun Chowdhury think that everything can be bought with power, but I think that this idea is proven wrong at the most important moments of life. In times of danger, people like Kibria Ahmed are able to stand by the people of society and keep them alive. The end result of profiting by capitalizing on the suffering of other people is destruction.
Create an infographic on the five steps of emotion control.
Humans can never live without emotions. Emotions are present in every human being. In our society, every human being is very emotional. But I do a lot of work based on emotions. I will discuss in detail the five steps below to control emotions.
✦ Recognizing emotions is stopping and looking at yourself. What am I feeling at that moment, anger, pain, or frustration? I have to understand myself. If I understand myself, half the power of emotions will be reduced.
✦There is a story behind every emotion. Understanding the reason for the story of emotion. What word, memory, situation made me like this. So I have to understand myself. Because understanding means finding the power within myself. The deep pain hidden behind the silence within myself.
✦Take a break, not a reaction. Whatever we do in the moment of emotion, we often regret it later. For this, a little break is needed. We have to be silent and make our own decisions. In that silence, we have to awaken our intelligence and counter-arguments.
✦Expressing your feelings in a healthy way creates a lot of pain in the midst of emotions, so you have to talk to people at that time. Therefore, those times should be spent talking more and with many people so that the worries of that time go away.
✦It is most important for us to be compassionate towards ourselves. We all make mistakes more or less based on emotions, so we should never belittle ourselves. That is something that everyone has to learn through effort.
