Hi my friends how are you?.
I hope you are all well. I'm fine too. So today I'm here to participate in another awesome contest in the Steem For Lifestyle community. So first I want to say that I am new to this community. So I love cooking competitions. I saw this match a few days ago. So I thought to participate in this competition today. In this competition we are given an opportunity to share our food skills so I came here to participate in this competition by preparing a very wonderful dish. Today's contest title is excellent. I would like to tell you that this wonderful competition is really important to share our skills and improve our skills. Well without further ado I will begin my contribution. So thank you @solaymann for organizing this wonderful competition.

What is the name of your cooking recipe?

Today I am preparing a very wonderful dish. Actually this food is very interesting food and the name of that food is pan cake. I love those pancakes because they are so delicious. I hope you are also a fan of pancakes. I'm sure someone who eats pancakes once will eat them again. Its taste is a food that attracts people.

How is its popularity?

Pancakes are really delicious and very popular food. I would like to tell you that pancakes are the most popular food in Sri Lanka. This is one of the most famous food and there is a special group of people who like it. Actually, it is not a staple food in Sri Lanka, but it will be a very famous dish in foreign countries as well. In fact, we will be able to buy this food for a very low price. And it is a very easy dish to prepare at home. So many people love this food. Along with that popularity, this dish is very popular.

⚪️Grated coconut
⚪️Coconut milk
⚪️Sugar 100g
⚪️Egg
⚪️Turmeric powder
⚪️Salt

Making process

⬜️ Step 01

First I took a clean bowl. After that I add some flour and turmeric powder to the bowl and add some salt to it according to taste.

Gradually adding coconut milk to the mixture, I mixed it well like this for some time. I took steps like this when mixing it.

⬜️ Step 03

After that I made it like a thick batter and after that I added eggs to the batter and mixed it well and covered it for about 5 minutes and kept it for some time.

⬜️ Step 04

Take 100g of sugar and caramelize the sugar well. After caramelizing the sugar, grated coconut was added in this way to make Pani Coconut.

⬜️ Step 05

Put a pan on the stove and heat it well, then add a little of the previously prepared batter in this way and make a circle like this and heat it nicely on both sides.

⬜️ Step 06

After that, I removed it from the heat and added the panipol mixture that I had prepared earlier in the middle like this.

Finally, I collected the panipol mixture in the center of one circle like this and then wrapped it around the circle as shown in the photo.

Conclusion

This is my participation in this wonderful competition. I think you all will like my food. So this delicious pan cake is prepared very easily in this way. It didn't take me long to prepare these pancakes. It was very tasty and I was happy to see its final appearance. It was really a pleasure for me to get a chance to participate in this competition. I am very happy to have an opportunity to participate in this competition to improve my skills. Well God bless you all as we meet again in such a wonderful competition.
