A popular fried food stand in our area is called Lalon Tea Stall. It is located in a small market in our area. This shop is a very small but well-known food shop in the area. This shop is located in Chowpatty , Habra Bazar, Parbatipur Upazila. It is located in a place where it is easily accessible and there are many shops and people around. This shop opens every day at 7 am. After that, it remains open until almost midnight.
Inside the store
Various types of fried foods are available here. Such as: Piyaju, Dhunia Chop, Besan Bara, Chola, Bundia and other local fried foods. Each food is made with fresh ingredients and is fried hot after ordering. The quality of all the food here is very good. These foods are very popular with the local people. I am making a price list of the foods here. I will show the difference in the local price of these foods with the steem price.

The payment method is quite simple. Most buyers pay with cash. However, nowadays many people use mobile financial services, so you can also pay here through bKash or Nagad. The money has to be given to the shop next door. This is convenient for buyers and the transaction can be completed quickly. This is a very good method to avoid overcrowding.Very few people eat at this store, so 95% of bills are paid in cash.

There are many steel plates in front, on which fried foods are arranged. Next to it, oil is heated in a large pan, where food is fried according to order. Piaju Bara is in high demand here. Locals love to eat tea and bara. Although the environment is very small, it is a very popular dish among lively people. Special note: They fry jilapi two to three days a week.

This shop is made of tin. There are 4 small tables inside. 30 people can sit and eat here. During the hot season, fans are used to circulate the air. Since the shop is located a little far from the factory, there is no smoke inside. There are also facilities like eating in the restaurant. Pure drinking water is available here for free. Tea is made here according to the customer's needs.

My favorite fried food from this shop is Dhunia Chop. I usually order Dhunia Chop to be fried with less oil. Its outside is very crispy and inside is very spicy and tastes amazing. I order this one dish from here. I think some more new fillings can be added to their menu. For example, if there is cheese filling, mushroom filling or mixed vegetable filling, it will create more variety for the customers.

Compared to other stalls in my area, I find the prices of this stand to be quality and affordable. Considering the taste of the food, the freshness of the ingredients, and the cleanliness, the prices are completely reasonable. Sometimes, it is seen that the prices of the same type of food in other stalls are higher but the taste is not that good. But here, the quality and taste of the food is worth the price.
