I am here with a new post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post.Friends, today I am here to participate in the first week of the Steemit Learning Challenge Session 30.The main theme of the first week of Steemit Learning Challenge Session 30 is Carrot Rasmalai.Thank you, @selina1 ma'am, for bringing such a dessert course with such a great learning challenge.To participate in this competition, I made carrot rasmalai according to my dear mam's instructions.So let's share the step-by-step recipe for making carrot rasmalai. so let's start........

✅ 1. Make the recipe mentioned above and describe the detailed method with pictures.(4 marks)
In the first week of Steemit Learning Challenge Session 30, one of the dessert items for making carrot rasmalai, brought to by beloved teacher @selina1 Ma'am.Today I am presenting the process of making carrot rasmalai with ingredients , step by step, according to ma'am instructions.

| liquid milk | half kg |
| sugar | 1 cup (to taste) |
| Cardamom | Two pieces |
| Suji | 1 cup |
| Powdered milk | 1 packet |
| Raisins | 5-6 piece |
| Nuts | 6-7 piece |
| Ghee | 2 tablespoons |
Step 01:
- First, I washed the carrots thoroughly with clean water.Then I chopped the carrots into small pieces using a grater.Then I blended the carrots into a fine paste with a small amount of liquid milk in a blender.
Step 02:
- Then I chopped the almonds and raisins into small pieces and set aside.Now I put a pan on the stove and added 2 tablespoons of ghee to it.Then I poured in the previously pasted carrot puree and stirred for some time.Now I put two whole cardamoms inside it.
Step 03:
- Then I added the carrot puree to the pan and started stirring continuously. Then when the carrot water dried up a bit, I added a cup of semolina inside it.Then, after stirring for some time, I added a cup of sugar and half a cup of powdered milk.I mixed everything well and kneaded it to make a dough.
Step 04:
- Once the carrot dough is ready, And I left it to cool for some time.I shaped it into a round ball using my hands.I made all the carrot balls in the same way.
Step 05:
- I put a pan on the stove and added half a cup of liquid milk and simmered the milk for some time. Then I added sugar to taste and half a cup of powdered milk and simmered it for some time, stirring continuously.The milk mixture is well thickened by keeping it on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 06:
- Now when the milk thickened well, I removed it from the stove and let it cool for some time. Then I poured the entire portion of the milk into a bowl.Then I made the carrot candy-shaped balls in advance and dipped them one by one into the milk mixture.Finally, today's carrot rasmalai is ready.
Step 07:
- Finally, when the carrot rasmalai was ready, I sprinkled some chopped nuts and raisins on top for a nice decoration.I decorated the carrot candy balls beautifully with one almond each.
✅ 2.How beneficial is the recipe for health?(2 marks)
Although excess sweets are harmful to our health, but carrot rasmalai is very beneficial for our health.Because carrots contain thousands of nutrients and when mixed with a combination of milk, it becomes a perfect healthy dessert.Below I present detailed information about the nutritional properties of carrots.
✅The large amount of beta-carotene in carrots is converted into vitamin A in the body, helping to improve eyesight and prevent night blindness.
✅Carrots contain vitamin C and other antioxidants, which boost the body's immune system and control heart disease and blood pressure.
✅Carrots are low in calories and high in fiber, which helps reduce body fat and plays a major role in controlling diabetes.
✅The milk used to make rasmalai contains sufficient amounts of protein and calcium, which helps to strengthen and strengthen the bones.
Finally, the combination of carrots and milk makes for a healthy dessert.However, since sugar is used in rasmalai, excess sugar is harmful to our body, so if we use less sugar in making rasmalai, then it will be healthier.
✅ 3.Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe?
First of all, I didn't face any obstacles in making this recipe because I always try to make something new.I am always eager to learn new things and have a great curiosity, so I first mastered the recipe given by my beloved teacher very well.Then I carefully gathered all the ingredients and prepared the carrot rasmalai step by step.But I was a little worried because this was my first time making carrot rasmalai and how it would taste.But when I started making carrot rasmalai step by step and saw the final result, I was really happy.Then when I served this carrot rasmalai dessert at Iftar and my family members tasted it, they praised me a lot.To be honest, it was perfectly prepared and tasted amazing.I think that if you use the right amount of ingredients and prepare any new recipe with care, it will definitely taste great and turn out perfectly.

La zanahoria es un ingrediente súper versátil. Curiosamente, poco uso se le hace a esa versatilidad, pero tú, si que sabes sacarle provecho a este ingrediente tan beneficioso para nuestro bienestar, porque esta receta que nos compartes, se ve súper deliciosa...
