Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you all, I am also well, Alhamdulillah. I have also participated in the first week of SE Challenge S: 28. I am presenting the recipe of Shami Kabab to you in this first week.

Have you ever made Shami Kabab at home before? If so, then share your experience. Write in at least 150 words

I have made Shami Kabab at home several times before. My whole family loves to eat this kebab. And when I make it, I make more of its mixture so that later I can fry it quickly and serve it without any hassle. But it does not take much effort to make it. Because I have made it many times before at home, the kids enjoy it. Everyone likes to eat kebabs. Not only as a snack item, kebabs can be eaten with biryani, white rice.

I have made it most of the time for the guests who come to my house, it was great every time, for which I was responsible for making this kebab when the guests came. But I did not have much time for myself after finishing many guests. Many times we eat delicious kebabs at restaurants. But these can also be made at home very easily. Making it at home is healthy, which is much better for everyone in the family. It can be made at any family event. Making kebabs is not difficult, it can be made very easily. .

Prepare the Shami Kebab recipe step by step and describe the detailed method with pictures. You must use your own pictures.

IngredientsQuantity
Beef250 grams
Chickpeas1 cup
Chopped onionHalf cup
Chopped green chilies3 pieces
Garlic paste1 piece
Ginger paste1/2 teaspoon
Eggs2 pieces
Chopped coriander leaves1/2 cup
Turmeric powder1 teaspoon
Chili powder1 teaspoon
Cumin powder1 teaspoon
Coriander powder1 teaspoon
Cinnamon2 pieces
White cardamom2 pieces
Cloves3 pieces
Bay leaves2 pieces
SaltTo taste
Soybean oil2 tablespoons

🔆Step-1: First, wash the chickpeas well. I took half the amount of chickpeas as beef. Since I took 250 grams of beef, I took one cup of chickpeas. I washed the chickpeas well and soaked them in clean water for 2 hours.

🔆Step- 2: After 2 hours, I drained the water. In a pan, I put dal and 250 grams of beef without any har in it. I cut the meat into small pieces so that it cooks quickly. I added 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 2 pieces cinnamon, 2 pieces white cardamom, 3 pieces cloves, 2 pieces bay leaves, 1 teaspoon oil

🔆Step-3:Once all the ingredients are added, mix the lentils and meat well. Add 1 cup of water and turn on the stove and cover the pan. Cook the lentils and meat on medium-low heat for about 1 hour. Once cooked, let it cool.

🔆 Step-4:When the beef and dal are cool, remove all the spices. Blend the dal and meat in a blender. I blend it lightly until it is smooth. Once blended, pour the mixture into a bowl.

🔆 Step-5:At this stage, I added chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, and chopped onions to the mixture. I mixed all the ingredients with my hands.

🔆 Step-6:I add eggs to the mixture so that my kebabs will stick together. The eggs are not mixed well, so my Shami kebabs are now ready to be made.

🔆 Step-7: Once the mixture is ready, I shape the Shami Kabab as I like using my hands.

🔆 Step-8:To fry the kebabs, place a pan on the stove and heat the oil on high heat. When the oil is hot, drop all the kebabs into it one by one. Fry the kebabs well, turning them over. Once fried, place them on a tissue so that the excess oil does not remain in the kebabs.

Which Steemit friend would you like to share your Shami Kebab with and why? Write in at least 100 words.

I want to share this Shami Kebab item with my Steam friend @abdul-rakib I think he might have eaten this dish before, but I want to share it with him because he asked me to make it. Even though he can cook, he will have a bit of trouble making it because he is in a mess, so I am interested in sending it to him. But he is busy today so he will not accept it and I don't want it to be stale. But I will definitely send him the kebab in the second week. I came to this platform through him and he still teaches me how to overcome problems.

Bengalis are foodies. Bengalis love to eat all their traditional foods and this kebab is one of them that everyone will love to eat. I think we always eat these foods by going to different restaurants but these foods can be made very easily at home so I think from this platform we get the opportunity to cook different types of food and make many things. These also develop the talent of all of us and give us a chance to prove our skills to all our family members.

I invite you @arjinarahman @marito74 @karobiamin71 to participate in this competition.
