RE: Making fruit mixing ice cream

This was such a fun and interesting video to watch. I had seen rolled ice cream before, but mixing different fruits and juices together makes this one look really special. The colorful fruits and the way everything is spread and rolled on the cold surface are so satisfying to watch.I also love the idea of adding fresh fruits to a cold dessert because it makes it look both delicious and refreshing. The final presentation in the bowl looks so tempting, and I can understand why people of different ages enjoy it so much. Sometimes watching food being prepared this way is almost as enjoyable as eating it!
