Dear friends, I hope you are all doing well. I am also Alhamdulillah, doing very well by the endless mercy of Allah. I have come to participate in the first week of the engagement week contest. The journey of this contest started through our beloved and respected elder friend @jimiaera02 and it is still ongoing. Today, Among the topics, I will review a university, but before that, I am giving a picture of it as a cover
The University of Rajshahi is the second largest and one of the oldest public universities in Bangladesh. It is located in the Motihar area of Rajshahi city. The university is also known as 'RU'. With the aim of expanding higher education in the northern region, the initiative to establish the University of Rajshahi was taken. On March 31, 1953, the 'University of Rajshahi Act' was passed in the provincial council, and the university officially started on July 6 of the same year.

Initially, the activities began with only 161 students. In the early days, the university classes were held at Rajshahi College. Later, a large campus was built in Motihar. Currently, it is known as one of the largest residential universities in Bangladesh. The founding date is July 6, 1953. The founder and first vice-chancellor of the University of Rajshahi was Itrat Hossain Zuberi. Under his leadership, the initial activities of the university began.
Rajshahi University is a high-quality university, many of us know that, and we also know that Rajshahi district is extremely beautiful, clean, and a symbol of beauty. Additionally, among the northern regions of Bangladesh, Rajshahi University is the largest, most renowned, and beautiful. The management and security here are very good, and the places are very beautiful. In terms of facilities, it is very high-quality and technologically advanced in all aspects.
If I talk about classroom facilities and studies, I would say that the university has modern academic buildings, labs, and a library. There are separate research laboratories for the Science and Technology departments. Multimedia classrooms and digital services have been initiated in many departments. Online admission, results, and academic services are now managed digitally. Moreover, there is regular electricity supply and backup systems in important buildings. From Wi-Fi/Internet facilities in various halls and departments to administration for security and accident prevention, everything is well maintained.

Additionally, there are large fish for sports here, there is a stadium, and there are small fields for various types of games. There are many small gardens, and there is a big garden. Then, there is a place for hanging out. For eating and drinking, there are various juice bars, burgers, and puffed rice, and there is a place to hang out and eat. For those who live residentially, there are good arrangements for staying, and also there are good facilities for students who stay in the mess. There are good prospects for all these activities including music sessions and cultural programs.

There is nothing much to say about the environmental situation because we know that Rajshahi University is a clean and well-maintained institution. This university is well-known throughout Bangladesh, including withed forces, and everyone knows about it. Another very important point is that the university has another name: it is a university surrounded by greenery. Therefore, I think the university is far ahead in many aspects in terms of environmental conditions.

There are many trees all around, and the whole area is filled with beautiful scenery. The natural environment includes places to sit and hang out. The surroundings are filled with various monuments and ever-new memorials, and this natural environment has further enhanced its beauty.
To be honest, sharing my experience deeply is not something I am qualified to do. Because I went at a time when I did not know anyone, so entering inside was not easy for me. I walked around the campus, entered the campus, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery inside. I realized that it is actually a natural environment. I understood this. The longer I stayed here, the more mental satisfaction I got, and I realized that here, not only education but also in terms of cleanliness, many students would excel.
It might not be possible for me to give advice on improving the facilities here because I do not have that qualification. However, according to my small capability, I can say that there could be more such arrangements inside so that tourists could roam around. There should be some vehicles or arrangements through which the entire campus can be toured. Because the campus is so large that we honestly could not even explore half of it. And there is no need to give any other advice because it is self-sufficient.
