The Diary Game // 18th January 2026 // I shared the story of a typical day.
ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Dear friends, I hope you are all well. I am also Alhamdulillah, thanks to Allah's endless mercy, doing very well. As usual, today after waking up I offered the Fajr prayer, then attended class until eight in the morning. Today we are going to play sports, so I quickly had my meal and then went straight to the field.
After reaching the field, I started playing and continued playing sports until 11 in the morning. A few of my colleagues and I thought about going to the market after finishing our sports because every morning we eat a boiled egg each. We eat boiled eggs for health and physical strength. So, we went to the egg shop.
There were three of us here, and all three of us bought eggs, almost eight to ten dozens each. However, I bought fewer, only three dozens, that is, 12 pieces. But the eggs I bought, as shown in the picture I’ve provided, were actually white-colored duck eggs. After shopping, we came straight to the madrasa.
After that, I took a bath and performed the Zuhr prayer. After eating, I attended the class. While sitting, I noticed severe pain in my lower back. I got up from class to rest. Because I play sports almost every day, my lower back suddenly started hurting today. So, I took a Napa medicine, and after taking it, the pain started to subside.
However, the back pain didn't get better that easily; I had light sleep for about 3-4 days. Even today, I still have mild back pain. I had seen a doctor, but they said it happened because of playing sports. Anyway, I spent the day like this until the evening, took a little rest in the evening, and spent some time on the platform.
After finishing the Maghrib prayer, I was again attending class. Since sitting in class was uncomfortable for me, I walked around while standing during the class. I sat very little in the class because I walked a lot and talked with nearby teachers. After a while, I realized I was hungry, so I took a biscuit from my desk and ate it.
In the afternoon, we eat around 2 PM, and then we have our dinner around 9 or 10 at night. In between, there is definitely a tiffin arrangement by the madrasa during the evening, but I don’t feel like eating, and the environment isn’t suitable for me. This is why I sometimes feel hungry after Maghrib in the evening, so I always keep biscuits or light snacks at my desk.
Anyway, after having my snack, I spent the time until Isha like this, performed the prayers, had dinner with everyone together. After that, I spent a little time on the platform and then got ready to sleep. May everyone stay well and healthy. Allah Hafiz.
