The Diary Game // 25th November 2025 // I took the exam as a central examiner.
ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Dear friends, I hope you are all doing well. I am also Alhamdulillah, doing very well by the endless mercy of Allah. The beauty of the day is the morning, and from that morning begins the symbol of beauty. I enjoyed the upcoming morning with some beautiful moments and the chilly moments of the morning.
Anyway, that day, I had just finished my class in the morning and went to another branch to conduct an exam. Our madrasa has a total of five branches in this city, and I work at one branch and was going to another branch to take the exam. I was going there as the central examination organized by the Foundation.
I was traveling through the narrow streets of the city and took a rickshaw to reach that branch. There are many students in that institution, and there are about 300 students there as well, and today the annual exam will be held for all of them. The exams will take place over a total of five days in five parts, and I went there as an examiner for the first part as a central teacher.
Upon my arrival, they welcomed me warmly and treated me very respectfully. They were required to do this because it was mandated by the PA Foundation of the institution. After that, once I went there and had a light snack, I started conducting the exams from 8:30 in the morning.
The system is such that all the students sit in a room in a strict sequence and are prepared for the exam. Each student is called one by one and is examined orally. They have organized this exam according to this rule. After that, I conducted the exam for nearly 30 students from start to finish.
I conducted the exam for the students in this manner: I asked them three questions, and for each question, a verse was asked that they had memorized from the predetermined portions of the Quran. They had to recite from memory, and they received marks according to their ability to recite. At the end of the exam, such packeted cakes were arranged for everyone.
Then, around 11 in the morning, I finished the examination and completed the tests for 30 students. After that, without delay, I went to the office where they were waiting for me because I had come as a central examiner. Now they will take my feedback in written form regarding the condition of their exams, management, and ways to improve student standards.
When I went to the office, they specially arranged a snack for me and had a brief conversation with the principal. I verbally showed them as much as possible what problems existed here and what had improved in terms of quality. Additionally, I explained all these matters thoroughly in writing.

First, the management system here needs to be improved further, such as the distribution of exam documents, names, etc.
Second, the quality of the students needs to be enhanced, especially for the newcomers who have recently joined; more effort is needed for their improvement.
Third, I noticed that the senior students here are performing very well. They should be treated well and guided properly to develop them further.
After that, the foundation determined that I would be honored, and the amount was one thousand Bangladeshi Taka. As a stipend, I was given about 100 Steam. After that, I took a rickshaw and came back around noon, and I continued with my daily activities as usual. Spending the time like this, in the afternoon I ate puffed rice with seasoning.
The exam being conducted here always takes place on the same day according to the same rules. So, for the exam in the second park, I encouraged and urged my students to study. Every moment of the day and this moment is the most important regarding studying for the exam. Everyone will do well, Allah Hafiz.
