The Diary Game // 31th December 2025 // Time spent on the last day of the year
ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Dear friends, I hope you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the endless mercy of Allah, I am also doing very well. I am presenting to you that day on which I enjoyed some beautiful moments. All the memories are wonderful. The best part is that on the last day of the year, I played cricket, which is also one of my favorite games. I went to the field to play this game and took a picture of a beautiful scene.
As soon as I woke up in the morning, I performed the Fajr prayer. Today is the last day of the English year in our world; 2026 will arrive, leaving 2025 behind. On this occasion, many places have closed classes and given holidays. Although in our place the General and Hifz sections are separate, so even if there was a holiday for the General section, the Hifz section remained open. Even though many people were disappointed about this, there was nothing to be done.
The rule in our institution is that there are never holidays for Hifz students. Their classes will continue as usual. With this in mind, after finishing the morning prayer early, I went to class. We had class until eight in the morning. At eight, I gave the morning students a break, then I took a little and had breakfast. After that, I noticed while coming down the stairs that the sun had come out.
Winter is ongoing in Bangladesh, and during this season, there is often a lot of fog, which sometimes makes the whole day pass without seeing the sun. Because of the absence of sunlight, it feels extremely cold, and many people do not want to go outside. They prefer to stay indoors, wrapped in blankets.
Today, suddenly, it seemed like the sun had come out, and we should go outside. The reason is that we only want to go outside to play cricket. So when the sun comes out, I inform everyone that the sun is up and let's go play. Many people don’t believe it, so I take a picture of the sun through the window so that everyone can understand.
It was really wonderful, and I realized that today is the last day of the year and it turned out to be a beautiful day with the sun shining in winter. We would enjoy the warmth of the sun and, to celebrate the last day of the year, we would play sports and cricket. Everyone agreed, and we all left the madrasa together with our tickets, ball, and bat.
When we went to the field, we saw that the entire field was empty. We had thought that maybe many people would be playing here today. I don't know why the field was empty, but it was good for us as we could play sports. We started the game. I wore sports shoes and all my clothes for the game and played. After bowling and batting, I got exhausted, so I sat down and took a picture of my shoes, ha ha ha.
I played sports until around eleven. We played for about two hours, although my legs hurt because I played for so long. Today I did both bowling and batting, though I rarely bowl. After finishing the game, I went to the madrasa at 11, took a nap, and after lunch, I returned to class.
That's how I spent the whole day, and at night before going to sleep, I reflected. Today was the thirty-first night. Although observing this is considered haram in our religion because it disrupts sleep and causes distress, it was celebrated a bit less than last time, which is a positive aspect. I fell asleep; I hope everyone stays well.
Thank You Everyone For My Post Reading
