Assalamu Alaikum everyone. I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah, I am also well Alhamdulillah. Today I am really happy to participate in the Fifth week of Steemit Challenge Season 30. This week I will be participating in the "SLC30-W5|Dessert Recipe : Sabudana Dessert Recipe" competition organized by the respected teacher @selina1 madam, thank you very much for organizing this great competition. I am happy to participate in this challenge. So let's start..!

Ingredients

I used all the ingredients below to make a perfect sabudana dessert:

Fruit mixtureBanana, grapes, apple and pomegranate (as per quantity)

The process of making "Sabudana Dessert Recipe"(Step-by-Step)

✔ I first put a pan on the stove and boiled one kilogram of milk for about 15 minutes to reduce it a little. Now I turned off the stove and left it to cool. When the milk cooled down a little, I mixed powdered milk, sugar and custard powder as desired. Then I turned on the stove again and stirred the milk for a while until the mixture became silky and thick. When the milk became thick, I removed it from the stove and left it to cool completely.

✔ At this stage, I put a clean pot on the stove and let the water boil. When the water boiled, I added the sabudanas to it. When the sabudanas became transparent, I removed them from the stove and quickly strained them through a sieve. At the same time, I washed them with a small amount of cold water so that the sabudanas remained clean and did not stick to each other.

✔ Now I added the boiled sabudanas to the thick custard-milk mixture that I had prepared earlier. Then I stirred the mixture very well with a spoon so that there were no lumps.

✔ In this recipe, I used a mixture of local and foreign fruits. I soaked the apples, bananas, and grapes in clean water and washed them after a while. Then I cut the fruits into very small pieces with a knife. I even carefully collected the red seeds inside the pomegranate.

✔ Finally, I added all the chopped fruits one by one to the sabudana and milk mixture. At this stage, my favorite 'sabudana dessert' was ready. I kept it in the refrigerator to cool before serving the recipe. Because I like to eat it cold the most. For guests or for myself—this is an incomparable and very healthy dish.

I personally think that this homemade sabudana dessert is much better for both body and mind than the unhealthy food from outside stores. Some of its main benefits are highlighted below:

  • ​Easy to digest: Especially for those of us who are looking for a light and healthy meal, I think this sabudana dessert is the best. Because it is very easy to digest and helps keep the stomach cool.

  • Nutritional powerhouse: I have used many fruits in this recipe, especially apples, pomegranates, grapes and bananas. As a result, it provides a lot of vitamins and antioxidants along with the calcium of milk, which helps in increasing the immunity of our body.

  • Mental peace: I think especially on this hot day, a bowl of cold sabudana dessert instantly washes away all the fatigue in our body and brings a kind of peace. It is even an elegant and healthy alternative food when entertaining guests.
