My dear friend, I really enjoyed reading your comment. The food you mentioned is a wonderful cultural experience. Venezuelans use local ingredients in many of their dishes, such as plantains, cassava, or special types of cheese that are not easily available in other countries. When you go out, you often cook with alternative ingredients, but when you have the original ingredients, the taste and depth of the food really come out. As you said, when you prepare food with original ingredients, its taste will be richer, which is absolutely true.
