Enjoying The Weekend with my Favourite Fruits: Watermelon 🍉 and Seedless Grapes 🍇
Good day to everyone on steemit. I hope everyone is well and healthy and also how are you enjoying the weekend? Today I would love to share with you, my friends, how am enjoying my weekend with my favourite fruits: 🍉watermelon and seedless grapes🍇.
I'm a lover of fruits, but you see these two, I don't joke with them. These fruits are very healthy for everyone and also endowed with natural sweetness. They are refreshing, nutritious, and full of natural sweetness that keeps our bodies healthy. Without wasting much of your time, let's dive into why I love these fruits, the nutritional value they give and their market value.
🍉 Watermelon: Refreshing in nature
This fruit is one that catches my attention whenever I visit the supermarket, or I'm at the market. It's nature, the outer color shape and the juicy red part makes it resistant to let go.
The reason why I love this fruit is the refreshing taste it gives. Have you ever tried taking a chilled watermelon juice after a stressful day at work? If you haven't, then you need to try this. You would be very pleased. The satisfaction you get is compared to none. That's not all, another amazing thing about this fruit is that it has a high water content which can help with hydration in hot weather conditions like in my country, Nigeria 🇳🇬.
Watermelon help the body with vitamins and nutrients that helps improve our health.
In my country, watermelon prices might differ depending on your location, season and size. Sometimes, you might also find transportation costs making the price differ. Because of its nutritional value, I still buy it no matter the market cost. Today I bought a watermelon. The price was ₦3,500. That's around 40 steems.
🍇 Seedless Grapes
Seedless grapes I call them. You might have another name for them. Let me know in the comment section. They are small, green or purple in nature but very sweet, mouthwatering and easy to consume anywhere by just washing them with clean water. Sometimes I like snacking on grapes while seeing a movie.
Grapes have nutritional value too, from vitamins to minerals that aid the body's system to stay healthy and also help fight against diseases. Adding this fruit to your daily diet is also a good consideration.
In my country, grapes are often imported, which makes them expensive depending on your region, and it's availability. That's why I buy them occasionally. Today I bought a pack for ₦6,500, which's around 74 steems.
❤️ Why I Love these fruits
I love grapes because they are Luscious and sweet. The taste of a sweet grape 🍇 is always refreshing, Grape offers numerous nutritious benefits to the body.
Watermelon 🍉, a very juicy, watery and healthy fruit that taste like sugar, the sweetness is heavenly and thinking about the health benefits of watermelon makes me want to devour it always.
The benefits of enjoying fruits and the natural sweetness of fruits are enormous. They are beneficial to every part of our body. I encourage everyone reading this post to eat fruit more often, instead of consuming junk and snacks made with artificial sugar.
