Yes, I have made Shami Kebab at home before and it is one of my favourite dishes. Since this dish is my favourite, I make a little bit more and store it and eat it at different times. To be very honest, I still have the kebab mince in my freezer but I am preparing it again to participate in this challenge. If I am asked about my previous experience, I would say it was very good. It is a mandatory dish along with pulao, beef and roasted chicken. Although it takes a little time to prepare, it does not require much effort to prepare. In one sentence, my experience with this kebab is amazing.
Prepare the Shami Kabab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures. (6 Marks)

In the last step, I heated a pan and added enough oil to it. Then I turned the heat of the pan down and fried the kebabs in it, and I fried several kebabs. After one side turned brown, I flipped them over with the help of a tong. When both sides turned deep brown, I took them out and placed them on a tissue to absorb the excess oil. Then I served them hot.

I want to share the Shami Kebab item with one of my Steemian friends, his user ID is @kouba01. I deem that he has tried this dish before, but I want to make this dish myself and let him try it. I want to let him try this dish because it was his birthday last month, so I want to make him try it on the occasion of his birthday (belated). He is a resident of Tunisia, I also want to share this dish with him to highlight the tradition of our country. Bangladesh is a country rich in traditional food and every person in this country is very fond of food. Also, as far as I know him through this platform, he explores different restaurants and tries new dishes. I think he will try this dish with great interest and love it. I am inviting him to Bangladesh to try this dish.
I am inviting my friends @mainuna @abdul-rakib and @shadow4 to have a look on this challenge.

Assalamu Alaikum @pea07 Apu!
Hope you are well, your Shami Kebab recipe for the first week of "Shami Kebab" hosted by @jimiaera02 Apu in Steemit Challenge Season 28 was really amazing! Starting from sharing your previous experience, the details, ingredients and pictures of each step of making Shami Kebab were very nicely arranged and educational. Finally, the thought of sharing this delicious Shami Kebab with our all-too-familiar @kouba01 sir as a belated birthday gift was very heartwarming. You have beautifully highlighted the fact that food builds bridges between cultures. Congratulations on successfully posting a great recipe with all of us! Best wishes to you all this kebab season.
Thank you so much.
Fue muy instructivo leer la forma en que preparas los shami kebabs , así como encantador saber lo mucho que te gustan. Tu mezcla al final es bastante ligera, requiere de habilidades para formar los kebabs antes de freír.
Que tengas éxito en el reto.
