SLC30-W5|Dessert Recipe : Sabudana Dessert Recipe
I am happy to participate in the 5th wek of Steemit Challenge season 30. I love dessert item.

Used Ingredients

| Milk | 1/2 litter |
| Powdered milk | 3tbs |
| Sabudana | 4tbs |
| Custard powder | 2 tbs |
| Sugar | 1/4 cup |
| Apple | 1 |
| Banana | 1 |
| Date | 3 |
| Pomegranate | 1 |
Making Process

First I collect all the ingredients and then boil the liquid milk for about 15 minutes. Then let it cool.

Then I took littke amount of cooled liquid milk for mixing the custard power. I followed this step because in this way there will not formed any particle. Then I add powdered milk and sugar. Then mix it very well . Let it boil for a while untill the milk become thick. After that let it cool again.

In this step, I put a pan and Pour water into the pot. I boil sagudana. I drain the hot water after boiling and wash it with normal water.

Then I mixed Sabudana with milk and mixed all the ingredients properly.

Then I wash the fruits I have apple, banana, pomegranate, date with clean water and cut them into small pieces.

Finally mix all the fruits with mixture of sabudana and milk. I let it cool for hours. I refrigerate my dessert for a while.

Yes, it was my frist time making sabudana dessert but I have tasted this dessert before. My feeling was extremely good but as it was my frist time cooking so I tried to follow all the instructions provided by you. It was good to try such dessert.
