First, I took the necessary products. Then, I soaked 200 grams of polao rice in water for 15 minutes. I drained the water with a strainer. Then, I colored the water with orange fruit color. Later, I cooked the rice and mixed it lightly until it was more than half cooked.
Later, after the water is heated by a light heat on the stove, the rice will look exactly like this. The middle part looks white. Then the rice has to be taken out.
Using a strainer, drain the water from the rice and let it sit for five to seven minutes. The rice should be nice and fluffy.
Then if you want to add the malt? Then take half the malta and wash it with clean water. Squeeze the juice with your hands and put it in a bowl. I have prepared the malt juice so that I can give it to you.
Carrots are a very nutritious vegetable that would be very healthy for me to add. I peeled the carrots well with a knife. Washed them with clean water and then finely chopped them with a steel vegetable cutter. And kept them separately in a bowl.
First I washed the curry well and put it in the oven and dried it with a light heat. Next, you add the required amount of sugar and 300 ml of water. Mix well, add a pinch of salt and the orange juice.
The biggest trick in cooking is knowing which ingredients to use and when. It will also determine how much flavor you get from your cooking.
Then add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves. Mix lightly. Then add half the amount of ghee and 10 grams of milk. Mix well again and give a light stir.
Then, you add the rice in the strainer to the pan and mix lightly.
Next, here I added the coconut flakes to the pan and mixed them well. But there is no need to mix them too much.
But here the water has reduced a lot and we are almost at the end of giving the necessary ingredients. However, I could not add raisins here. You can add raisins if you want.
Then I put the lid on and let it burn for five to seven minutes with light heat. Later I came here and showed a selfie. Then I mixed the pozzy with the nuts and mixed them well. I kept it with a light lid. After opening the lid, you can see that our interesting and delicious sweet jorda polao recipe is ready. Let's go to the final step and do the decoration. But here I have added laddus instead of sweets.

But I really feel very fun and yum.
