Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all. I hope everyone is safe by the grace of God. I am also fine Alhamdulillah.I am participating SLC30-W3|Dessert Recipe : Paise Recipe. Thank you @selina1 for this challenge.

| Date molasses | 1/4 cup |
Making process
Step- 1
To make the Payas, I first wash the rice well. I soak the rice in water for a while. This will make the rice swell a lot and cook quickly. Then I take the rice out of the soaking water and drain it.
Step- 2
Now I will wash the raisins and almonds well and soak them. This will make the raisins and almonds a little softer. If anyone wants, you can fry the almonds in ghee. But I will use the almonds directly for decoration.
Step- 3
Now I will put a pot on the stove and let a liter of milk boil. When the milk starts to boil, I will add salt and rice to it. The salt will help balance the taste of sugar.
Step- 4
When the rice is slightly cooked, I add sugar, grated coconut, and bay leaves. I stir all the ingredients well until the rice is completely cooked and reaches the right consistency.
Step- 5
At this stage, I will add date molasses and soaked raisins to the rice. If I cook the paise with raisins in the oven, there is a possibility that the milk in the paise will burst. Now I will take the paise out of the oven and pour it into a bowl. My paise is ready.
✅ 2.Who in your family would you like to share the recipe with?
I would like to share this Payas I made with my whole family. I would especially like to share it with my mother-in-law. She loves to eat sweet foods. I served this Payas for Iftar this evening. Everyone enjoyed this Payas very much.Every ingredient used in cooking this Payas is healthy. Eating this Payas not only tastes good but also has nutritional value. I encourage my children to eat Payas. Because it uses milk, rice, and sugar, it can be considered a heavy meal. However, anyone can increase or decrease the amount of sugar according to their taste.
✅ 3. You are having trouble finding an ingredient for a recipe. Create a price list of recipe ingredients (prices in your local currency and in steem).
I did not face any problem in finding any ingredients to prepare this Payas. Every ingredient was available in my kitchen. I had recently ordered the date molasses online. I bought the coconut from the market. So all the ingredients were in my kitchen. Every ingredient used to prepare Payas is easily available but very tasty to eat. This Payas is a traditional Bengali dish.

The payesh recipe is excellent. Adding coconut and date molasses must have enhanced its taste significantly. Glad to know your mother-in-law and everyone in the family liked it.
