THE DAIRY GAME: A GLORIOUS SUNDAY

Hello fellow Steemians,
It’s a pleasure to come your way again and share how my day went. I hope everyone is doing well and having a good day.

Today is Sunday, which is one of my favourite days of the week. Sundays always feel refreshing to me. It is a day to slow down a little, reflect on the past week, and also prepare for the new week ahead.
As believers, Sundays are also special because it is a day we gather together in fellowship. We come together to pray, praise, and worship God while giving thanks for everything He has done for us.

I woke up early this morning and started my day with my devotion and affirmations.
I always like beginning my day that way because it helps me focus and start the day with a clear mind. The day before, I had removed my hair, so after brushing my teeth and getting ready, I quickly went to a hairstylist to wash my hair and braid a simple style for me.
I didn’t want anything that would take too much time since I still had to prepare for church.
When I was done with my hair, I came back home, took my bath, and got dressed for church.

Thankfully, I was able to get ready on time.
Today’s church service was really powerful. Throughout the week, our church had been observing McKeown’s Missions Week, and today was the climax of the program.
The focus of the message was on missions and spreading the gospel.
One of the scriptures that was shared during the sermon was Matthew 28:19 (KJV):
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.”

From the message, I learned that the responsibility of spreading the gospel is not only for pastors or church leaders. Every believer has been given that commission to make disciples for the Kingdom of God. It was a reminder that we can also share the message of Christ through our words, our actions, and the way we live our lives.

I really enjoyed the service and the message gave me something to think about. I hope to also do my part by encouraging others and drawing people closer to Christ in the little ways I can.

After church, I came back home and took a short nap. I needed some rest and also used the quiet time to reflect on the message from the service. Later on, I prepared lunch and spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing.

In the evening, I had my supper and just took things easy for the rest of the day.
Overall, it was a good and peaceful day, and I’m happy to share it with you all
