Organized Village Games - Naodapara Village

Assalamu Alaikum, and Adab to my Hindu brothers.How is everyone doing on my pussfi community.I hope each of you is doing very well. By the grace of Allah and with your prayers, I am also doing well.

The village of Bengal means open sky, green fields and meeting of people's lives. One such memorable day for me was organizing village games in Noodapara village. The mood of the festival spread around the village since morning. As I walked along the dirt road towards the field, the sound of microphones and the excitement of children could be heard from afar. It seemed that the village had returned to its old form after a long time.All the arrangements were made around the big open field in the middle of Naodapara village.

From the previous day, the youths have cleaned the field together, and colorful flags have been hung around the bamboo poles. A temporary stage was built on one side of the field, where the elders of the village and the invited guests sat. Small shops also sat on the side of the field - filled with the smell of jhalmurdi, chatapti, nuts and sweets.The game starts with the national anthem. After that, the village chief inaugurated the program with a brief speech. He was saying that this event is not just for entertainment, but an occasion to bring the people of the village together. His words were a message of unity and love.

The first game was the children's race. Little children were standing in rows, some with sandals, some with bare feet. At the sound of the whistle, they ran forward. The parents were standing on the side of the field shouting encouragement. Someone falling, standing up again and running all in all a scene of unbridled joy.Then the sack race began. Adults also participated in this game. Many fell in the attempt to leap forward by putting their feet inside the sack, and the spectators laughed. But there was enthusiasm and applause among the laughter.

For women there was pillow play and bone breaking. There was great excitement in trying to break the hanging pot with a stick while blindfolded. Some go very close to the pot and miss, some hit the wrong side. It was really nice to see the spontaneous participation of women in this game.For the youngsters there was tug of war. Divided into two groups, they were pulling the rope with vigor. feet on the ground,The tug was going on with a look of determination on his face. In the end, when one team won, the other team accepted the result with a smile. There was also a bond of friendship between the competition.
